Hello and Welcome to British Military Aviation Tours

Who, What, Where and Why...

Introducing British Military Aviation Tours although this name may be unfamiliar, the group is what was Nene Valley Aviation Tours. Having merged with British Military Aviation Lists in the last third of 2010. For those not familiar with N.V.A.T or Nene Valley Aviation Tours before it merged with British Military Aviation Lists . The tours are run for mainly military aviation enthusiast and photographers to that end the main aim of the tours are to increase the awareness of the armed forces in the U.K.

We strive to do our utmost at being as professional as possible and to try and arrange the best visits we can. As Nene Valley Aviation Tours which ran from May 2008 until October 2010 we where very successful in doing this.

Over that time the group gained access to....

RAF Cottesmore

RAF Linton-On-Ouse,

Wattisham Airfield,

DACE Cosford,

RAF Shawbury,

RNAS Yeovilton,

Middle Wallop

and

RAF Benson.

We have also visited none front line bases in that time these include...

RAF Syerston,

RAF Church Fenton

RAF Wyton

We were also very lucky to be the first civilians to walk around the burning ground at M.D.F.S.C.T.E Manston and in doing so becoming the first civilians in 7 years to walk around this area.

Also over that 2 and a half ish years, the group has raised an amazing £10,000 which it donated to the charities of those Squadrons and Bases it visited in that time

As B.M.A.T we would like to continuing this support in 2011 and beyond......
